This Privacy Policy describes how Phi & Form ("Phi & Form," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with phiandform.com and Phi & Form applications, including Penrose Tiles and Rhombi Tiles (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, direct communications with us, and current Phi & Form applications made available through Apple platforms.

We do not require user accounts to use current Phi & Form apps. We do not collect contact lists, photo libraries, calendars, precise location, health data, payment card information, account credentials, or cloud-synced profile information through current Phi & Form apps.

We may collect the following categories of information:

3. Information We Do Not Collect Through Current Apps

  • do not include crash-reporting SDKs;
  • do not use cloud sync;
  • do not require account creation or login; and
  • do not use tracking for targeted advertising.
